Q1: What is the MOQ?
A1: The minimum order quantity is generally 500 units for standard designs. For customized orders, the MOQ can be negotiated.
Q2: Do you have products in stock?
A2: Some standard designs are available in stock, but only in standard sizes. Customized items require additional manufacturing time.
Q3: Do you accept custom designs?
A3: Yes, we welcome OEM orders. We can customize colors, sizes, and other details according to your requirements.

Q5: What is the delivery time?
A5: Typically, delivery takes about 30–40 days after we receive the deposit. Urgent orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

A6: Our products are packaged in either color boxes or carded blisters. OEM packaging is also available upon request.
Q7: What payment terms do you accept?
A7: We accept payment by T/T, with 30% as a deposit and the balance payable against the copy of the T/T.
