What is a trailer scissor jack?

1.Introduction

This product is a scissor jack suitable for RVs and travel trailers, featuring stability and leveling capabilities. We offer various sizes of Trailer Scissor Jacks (20-inch, 24-inch, and 30-inch lifting heights) with load capacities of 5000 LBS or 7500 LBS respectively. They are robustly constructed, rust-resistant, operate smoothly, and are easy to store.  

2.Application

Scissor jacks are emergency and repair tools designed for specific scenarios, primarily for emergency tire changes (the main application); short-term chassis inspections; and light maintenance work.

Note:

• Do not use for prolonged repair work under the vehicle (such as changing engine oil or exhaust pipes).
• Strictly prohibited for use on uneven, soft, or sloping ground.
• Not suitable for heavy vehicles exceeding its rated load capacity (usually 1.5-2 tons).

4. Safety Warning

• Locate the correct lifting points-Always lift the vehicle at the designated lifting points. Lifting at the wrong location can cause serious damage to the vehicle body.
• Do not go under the vehicle-Never place any part of your body under the vehicle after it has been lifted.
• Ensure a firm surface-Do not use on sand, mud, or slopes.
• Inspect the equipment-Before use, check the jack for rust, cracks, or obvious bending.
